Job summary

CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner to support the rollout of HR initiatives across the organization. This remote USA role focuses on implementing policies, processes, and programs within the People Strategy and Operations function.

You will help shape onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and training, while partnering with managers to spot risks and drive proactive solutions. Travel may be involved for site visits as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Strong numerical/mathematical calculation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance and assist with disciplinary actions and coaching.
• Collaborate with managers to identify employment-related risks and assist investigations/grievances.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for a business unit.
• Conduct trainings on performance management and diversity.
• Share knowledge and model CBRE RISE values within the team.
• Lead by example and help build consensus across teams.
