Job summary

CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner in Remote USA to support the roll-out and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures. You will help design, execute, and monitor human resource programs across the organization, impacting onboarding, succession planning, and performance management.

Travel to sites (up to 40% monthly) and weekly trips may be required. You will partner with managers to identify employment risks, provide guidance on investigations, and coach teams to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PeopleSoft & SmartSheet.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance and assist with disciplinary actions and performance improvement counseling.
• Collaborate with managers to identify employment-related risks and support investigations and grievances.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for a business unit.
• Conduct training on topics like performance management and diversity.
