Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, flexible schedule, and full training. The role is remote and targets local businesses with field territory coverage.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
