Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, activation bonuses, and top earners exceeding $100K annually. You’ll prospect, close, and manage accounts with flexible, remote work options.

Ideal candidates are self-driven, great communicators, and resilient, with B2B sales or merchant services experience. Training, benefits, and a strong support system accompany the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translated into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; ability to work independently.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on savings and streamlined transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
