Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks motivated sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, designed for individuals who want control over their time and earnings.

Responsibilities include visiting local businesses, educating owners on cost savings and streamlined payments, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses along with monthly commissions and long-term residuals. Remote work is allowed within team regions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
