Xplor Pay Direct Sales seeks motivated sales professionals to join our growing team in the payment solutions industry. This 100% commission-based opportunity offers residual income and flexible scheduling, with full support and training.

Locations are remote; compensation includes activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. You’ll educate businesses on saving money and streamlining transactions while closing deals and earning strong earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills that translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; ability to work independently.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mindset.
• Align with core values and demonstrate good human judgment.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate owners on savings and streamlined transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
