Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This commission-based role offers residual income and activation bonuses, with flexible remote work options across the United States.

You will actively prospect, close deals, and earn ongoing commissions while receiving comprehensive training and support. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of B2B sales, merchant services experience, and a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions with long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
