Job summary

Xplor Technologies is hiring for a fully remote Xplor Pay Direct Sales role. You will actively seek out local businesses, present payment processing solutions, and close deals to earn commissions and residual income while enjoying flexible scheduling and full training.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B sales, familiarity with merchant services, and a hunter mentality. This is a commission-only, rewards-driven position with strong growth potential and company support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
