Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated direct sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and activation bonuses, with flexibility to work remotely and manage your own schedule.

You will visit local businesses to present payment processing solutions, educate owners on cost savings, and close deals to build a portfolio with ongoing residuals. Training and support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus, monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
