Xplor Technologies powers the experiences at the heart of everyday life. The Xplor Pay Direct Sales team seeks motivated, self-driven sales professionals to offer payment processing solutions to merchants with a 100% commission-based structure.

Work fully remote in the United States, build your own schedule, and earn uncapped commissions plus residuals, with activation bonuses and ongoing training and mentorship from the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
