Job summary

Xplor is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, offering control over your time and earnings as you visit local businesses or work remotely within your region.

You’ll develop business with merchant services expertise, close deals, and grow a portfolio while receiving training and mentorship. Enjoy uncapped commissions, weekly activation bonuses, and annual company events as part of a flexible,

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills; translate payment concepts into business value.
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
