Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated sales professionals for a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. You can work fully remote in this position, with eligibility to travel within your team region.

Open to individuals who thrive on freedom, flexibility, and residual income, you will educate business owners on payment solutions, close deals, and enjoy activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and ongoing residuals. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
