Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This position is 100% commission-based with residual income, offering you control over your time and income while selling payment processing solutions to local businesses.

You’ll work remotely in the United States, visiting businesses as needed, with uncapped commissions, activation bonuses, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate concepts into value

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
