Job summary

Xplor Technologies powers the experiences at the heart of everyday life. The Xplor Pay Direct Sales team seeks motivated, self-driven sales professionals to educate businesses on payment processing and close deals that fuel growth.

You’ll work remotely with flexibility, using a consultative, hunter approach to win new accounts and earn uncapped commissions, activation bonuses, and long-term residuals while receiving training and support from the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
