The position is fully remote, with training in Brockton, MA, and a schedule of Friday–Monday 7:30am–6:00pm. Compensation ranges from $18 to $27 per hour plus benefits, reflecting experience and skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and computer proficiency.
• One year medical billing/office experience is desirable.
• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments professionally.
• Screen patients over the phone for contradictions to MRI and document responses.
• Submit claims for payment and obtain reimbursement.
• Maintain confidentiality for all patient groups.
• Respond to scheduling emergencies and keep management informed.
