Community Care Physicians is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for their Central Billing Office. This is a remote position with training on-site. The role requires handling patient inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of work experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and deal courteously with patients.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer and research incoming phone calls from patients.
• Collaborate with AR Specialist on patient billing issues.
• Ensure a positive experience for patients on behalf of CCP.
