Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, account management, carrier relations, benefits administration, healthcare technology, or related field.
• Experience managing complex partner relationships and engaging executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership management: own relationships with carrier and ecosystem partners and drive value.
• Revenue growth and business development through partnerships, product integrations, and go-to-market collaboration.
• Contracting and commercialization: negotiate and manage partnership agreements and commercial terms.
• Governance and risk management: lead governance processes and handle escalations.
• Product strategy and innovation: incorporate partner feedback into roadmap and requirements.
• Cross-functional leadership: work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal and others.
• Performance management and analytics: develop executive-level reporting on partnership performance.
