Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. seeks a Partnership Executive to own strategic partnerships with carrier and ecosystem partners. This fully remote role focuses on maximizing partner value through governance, commercialization, and cross-functional leadership, reporting to senior executives and influencing product direction.

You’ll drive revenue growth, manage complex contracts, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Product, and leadership to align objectives and risk tolerance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or related field.
• Experience managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
• Proven success negotiating contracts and renewals.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize partner value through relationship management and growth strategy.
• Lead negotiation and management of partnership agreements and renewals.
• Drive commercialization, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Product, and leadership on terms.
• Governance, risk management, and escalation handling for partnerships.
• Align product strategy with partner needs and market opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives.
