Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Partnership Executive to own a portfolio of voluntary carrier and ecosystem partnerships. You will drive revenue growth, adoption, and governance while collaborating with Legal, Finance, Product, and leadership to align terms with business goals.

This fully remote role reports to senior leadership and emphasizes strategic relationship management, negotiation, and cross-functional execution to deliver measurable outcomes for partners and Voya.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development or related fields.
• Experience managing complex partner relationships and engaging executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success negotiating contracts, renewals, and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead strategic partnership management with carrier and ecosystem partners.
• Drive revenue growth, retention, and platform adoption through partnerships.
• Lead contracting, renewals, amendments, and commercialization efforts.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap through partner insights and requirements.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, operations, marketing, sales, finance, legal, and risk teams.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide executive-level reporting and recommendations.
