Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Partnership Executive to own a portfolio of voluntary carrier and ecosystem partnerships. The role focuses on maximizing partner value, growth strategy, governance, and cross-functional leadership in a fully remote setting.

You will drive revenue growth, manage executive relationships, and influence product direction while aligning partner objectives with organizational goals and risk tolerance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, account management, carrier relations, benefits administration, healthcare technology, or related field.
• Experience managing complex partner relationships and engaging executive-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success negotiating contracts, renewals, and commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and executive influencing skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead strategic partnerships with carrier and ecosystem partners.
• Develop and execute plans that drive revenue growth, retention, and platform adoption.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals and commercial terms in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Product and leadership.
• Governance: manage partnership performance, risk, and escalations across teams.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap based on partner feedback and market insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value and scale partnerships.
• Provide data-driven insights through performance metrics and executive-level reporting.
