Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organising and managing invoices.
• Assisting with payroll.
• Supporting client communication regarding invoices and payments.
• Completing bank reconciliations.
• Managing influencer and client payments to meet contractual obligations.
• Monitoring payment schedules and following up on outstanding payments.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Supporting general finance and administrative tasks.
