Job summary

Trial Balance Consulting has been engaged to source a temporary Finance Assistant to join a pretty unique company in Falmouth. The role is part-time and starts in August, lasting for a minimum of one month with potential to extend.

The successful candidate will work approximately 15–16 hours per week, spread across two to four days depending on availability. Previous accounts payable or finance administration experience would be beneficial for this busy team.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable, finance administration or general office administration experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, classifying and posting purchase invoices
• Processing and posting credit card expenses
• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Scanning and filing documents
• Updating timesheet records
• Supporting the wider team with general and ad hoc administration
