Job summary

SuperSummary is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to act as the financial backbone of our growing business. You will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting while owning accounting end-to-end, including ASC 606 revenue recognition and billing operations.

This part-time role (10-20 hours/week) suits someone who wants to shape finance in a global, remote team and drive automation and improvements across workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning & analysis and business partnering.
• Ability to build annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Track and report on SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC).
• Experience with revenue recognition under ASC 606 and billing ops.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the annual budget and rolling revenue forecasts.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis and surface actionable insights.
• Track and report SaaS metrics (MRR/ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, payback, net retention).
• Serve as the financial voice in leadership and operating decisions, including close.
