XP Influence is seeking a Part-Time Finance Assistant to support daily financial operations for a growing influencer marketing agency. The role is fully remote with UK coverage and offers training support toward AAT/ACCA qualifications.

Qualifications

• Organising and managing invoices.

About the Role

XP Influence is looking for a Part-Time Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day financial operations of our growing influencer marketing agency.

This is a flexible opportunity suitable for full-time students, candidates with existing finance/admin experience, or anyone looking to make a career change into finance.

We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable, detail-focused and keen to learn. Previous finance experience is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Organising and managing invoices

• Assisting with payroll

• Supporting client communication regarding invoices and payments

• Completing bank reconciliations

• Managing influencer and client payments to ensure contractual obligations are met

• Monitoring payment schedules and following up on outstanding payments

• Maintaining accurate financial records

• Supporting general finance and administrative tasks

For candidates who aren't currently in full-time education, XP Influence can provide support towards relevant online AAT or ACCA courses, helping you work towards becoming a qualified accountant or bookkeeper.

For the right candidate, career progression will also be considered, with the potential to move into a full-time position at XP Influence after completing your qualifications or full-time education.
