Builder Prime is seeking an Outbound SDR to join our remote-first Sales team. You’ll engage construction professionals, build relationships, and qualify leads to drive demos with Account Executives.

The role emphasizes ownership of your pipeline, daily team meetings, and opportunities to grow with the company. You’ll work in US time zones, with a competitive base salary of $60,000 plus $20,000 in commissions, comprehensive health benefits, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience with prospecting or cold outreach.
• Track record of meeting pipeline targets.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who handles objections.
• Organized with CRM follow-up and hygiene.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily (Claude/ChatGPT).
• Reliable internet and quiet home workspace.
