The position emphasizes ownership of the pipeline, daily standups, and collaboration with a growing sales team. The role offers a base of $60,000 with $20,000 in commissions, comprehensive benefits, and a focus on leveraging AI tools to improve outreach and results.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience with prospecting or outreach.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can handle objections and keep a conversation moving.
• Organized and consistent about pipeline follow-up and CRM hygiene.
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) daily.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free space to work from home.

Responsabilidades
