The role emphasizes prospecting, qualification, and scheduling demos with Account Executives. The compensation includes a $60,000 base salary plus $20,000 in commissions, with strong benefits and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with prospecting or cold outreach.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who handles objections and moves conversations.
• Organized with consistent pipeline follow-up and CRM hygiene.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily, not just occasionally.
• Reliable internet and quiet home office space to work from.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunities - engage in outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels.
• Tell our story - convey Builder Prime's value to construction professionals.
• Qualify and connect - identify needs, tailor solutions, and schedule demos.
