SelectQuote is seeking an experienced Sales Development Advisor to join our Qualifications Team. This is a high-volume, outbound sales role with base salary plus bonus and paid training.

You will contact prospective customers, qualify leads, and transfer to licensed agents while following established scripts. This full-time, work-from-home position offers a clear path into a licensed sales role and a six-month training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Proven ability to work in high-volume, metrics-driven environments.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• Energetic, confident phone presence; good listening.
• Willingness to follow scripts and coaching feedback.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Generate interest and engage prospective customers.
• Qualify prospects for transfer to a licensed agent.
• Handle objections and push for next steps.
• Follow scripts and established processes.
• Meet or exceed transfer and KPI targets.
• Work with multiple monitors, software, and phone systems.
• Maintain attendance and performance.
