Job summary

SelectQuote is seeking an experienced Sales Development Advisor to join our Qualifications Team. This is a full-time, work-from-home role where you will conduct high-volume outbound calls, qualify prospects, and transfer them to licensed agents.

Training is provided and a base salary plus bonuses are offered. Qualified applicants will have at least 1 year of telesales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow scripts and meet performance goals in a metrics-driven

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of telesales, inside sales, phone sales, or comparable sales experience.
• High-volume, metrics-driven sales environment experience preferred.
• Ability to follow scripts and established sales processes.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, with activity of up to 800 calls per day.
• Identify customer needs and qualify prospects for transfer to a licensed agent.
• Handle objections and guide prospects toward the next step.
• Meet or exceed monthly transfer and other performance goals.
• Work with multiple monitors, software applications, and phone systems.
