Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare operations for the crisis network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, delivering on-time initiatives with measurable ROI across multiple sites.

In this fully remote role, you’ll partner with clinical, IT, operations and vendors, build plans, maintain documentation, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or PM/operations support, preferably in healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and outside vendors to hit milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans outlining objectives, milestones, and resources.
• Maintain project documentation, action-item logs, issue logs, trackers, and meeting notes.
• Support the build and maturation of a newly forming PMO and process improvements.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates; manage scope and change.
