Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is a leading provider of immediate-access behavioral health crisis care. The Operations Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across CHS’ crisis network, working with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to drive on-time delivery and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail in maintaining project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and outside vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans with objectives, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, status trackers, meeting notes, and shared files.
