Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across our crisis network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change while reporting clearly to leaders.

This hands-on role combines administration with coordination across clinical, operations, IT, and vendors. You’ll build plans, dashboards, and templates, help mature a new PMO, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or management in healthcare/behavioral health.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous documentation.0
• Proficiency with MS Office and PMO tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal and vendor teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
• Support the building and maturation of a PMO with standards and templates.
• Coordinate resource allocation across concurrent initiatives.
• Manage scope, changes, and ROI.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
