Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare initiatives within a remote, national setting. The role involves planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and quality ROI across sites.

You’ll work with clinical, operations, IT, and vendors, building out PMO standards, templates, and dashboards to support scalable project execution in behavioral health crisis care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project coordination, program management, operations support, or process improvement in healthcare/behavioral health.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP certification (or in progress) and/or a master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MPH).
• Experience with clinical operations, telehealth/virtual care, EHR, or healthcare vendor implementations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans outlining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
