Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across the crisis network. You will partner with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and reporting.

You will build standards, templates, and dashboards for the growing PMO, ensuring initiatives launch on time with quality and ROI across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans with objectives, milestones, and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables; monitor timelines and budget; manage risks.
