Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across our crisis network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, while delivering clear reporting to leaders and coordinating with clinical, IT, and vendor teams.

You will help build the PMO’s standards, templates, tools, and dashboards, ensuring initiatives launch on time with quality ROI across sites, and you may travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or project/program management, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools; ability to build reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes; provide status updates.
