Connections Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional clinical and operations initiatives across our behavioral health crisis network. This hands-on role collaborates with clinical, operations, IT, and vendors to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change while maintaining clear leadership reporting.

Fully remote in eligible states, you will build project plans, trackers, dashboards, and PMO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination/management in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Keep initiatives on track to deliver quality, ROI, and on-time completion.
• Build partnerships across clinical, operations, IT, and vendors to remove barriers.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and standards.
• Provide administrative and coordination support; maintain logs, trackers, and notes.
• Support the development of a PMO and process improvements across sites.
• Manage scope and change control with approvals for timeline/cost/ROI changes.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations; highlight risks and outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to keep schedules and budgets on track.
