Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across its crisis network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, delivering clear reporting and dashboards to leaders.

You’ll work hands-on with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to ensure on-time delivery and measurable ROI across sites, while helping mature the PMO with standards, templates, and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience managing multiple projects with conflicting deadlines and priorities.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans with milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes; report on progress.
