Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across the crisis network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, delivering clear leadership reporting while handling documentation, plans, and dashboards.

You’ll collaborate with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams, ensure HIPAA compliance, and help mature the PMO with standards, templates, and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, or operations support, preferably healthcare/behavioral health.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for project trackers and dashboards.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Monday.com, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource estimates sized to each initiative.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, status trackers, and meeting notes.
• Support the development of PMO standards, templates, SOPs, and reporting tools.
