Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead cross‑functional healthcare initiatives in a fully remote setting across the United States. You’ll manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while coordinating with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to deliver measurable ROI.

The role emphasizes PMO development, process improvement, and proactive change management, with reporting to leadership and strong collaboration across sites.

Qualifications

• This is a fully remote position in the US with a related degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project coordination or program management within healthcare or behavioral health.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous documentation practices.
• Proficiency with Office Suite and project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of multiple cross‑functional initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and status reporting for leadership.
• Support the buildout and maturation of a PMO and process improvements.
• Manage scope and change control with approvals for budget or timeline shifts.
• Produce status reports and dashboards to keep leaders informed.
