Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee Contact Center and Clinical Operations, ensuring compliant, efficient, safe, and scalable processes. You will lead a diverse team, drive performance metrics, and partner with HR and Recruiting to attract and develop staff.

You will create workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory obligations, maintain pharmacy compliance with state boards and federal agencies, and foster a culture of quality, patient safety,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• Experience leading a pharmacy operation and compliance with regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Contact Center and Clinical Operations to ensure efficiency, safety and patient experience.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a diverse team; manage performance evaluations and actions.
• Create, implement and enforce workflows for partnerships, product launches and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure pharmacy practice complies with regulatory and accreditation agencies including state boards and DEA.
• Maintain quality metrics, deploy company policies, and drive operational excellence.
