Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a high-performing pharmacy operation.
• Experience with regulatory authorities such as State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.
• Experience using analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Looker.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflow to ensure efficiency and patient safety.
• Monitor metrics for service levels, prescription processing quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and develop a diverse team, manage onboarding, evaluations, and coaching.
• Develop and enforce workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and accreditation standards.
