Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed as a Pharmacist (RPh).
• Experience as Operational Manager or leader of a large mail order/clinical operation.
• Expertise establishing and improving complex workflows within a large operation.
• 2+ years leading a high-performing pharmacy operation and managing workflows.
• Experience maintaining pharmacy compliance with regulatory authorities (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).
• Data-driven decision making using Excel, Tableau, or Looker for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflows and performance.
• Ensure efficiency, service levels, and quality in prescription processing.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Create and enforce new workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure pharmacy compliance with regulatory agencies and board directives.
• Lead a remote high-performing team and collaborate with Recruiting and HR to attract and retain pharmacists.
