Fuze Health seeks a Pharmacy Operations Leader to ensure compliant, efficient, safe and scalable contact center and clinical operations. You will develop your team, drive patient experience, employee engagement and performance metrics while aligning workflows with regulatory requirements.

You will recruit, onboard and mentor staff, implement new workflows for partnerships, and ensure ongoing compliance with state boards and accreditors, while managing a remote team to deliver high-quality

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed in the relevant state.
• Experience leading large mail-order/clinical operations.
• Expertise establishing and improving complex workflows in a large operation.
• 2+ years leading a high-performing pharmacy operation with workflow management.
• Ability to interact with State Boards of Pharmacy and other regulators.
• Data-driven with analytics tools like Excel, Tableau or Looker.

Responsabilidades

• Own Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflow for efficiency and quality.
• Ensure metrics for efficiency, service levels, and prescription processing quality.
• Supervise and mentor a diverse team, focusing on patient experience and safety.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, evaluate performance and address disciplinary actions.
• Create and enforce workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory needs.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory bodies and accreditation agencies.
