Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks an experienced Operational Manager to lead our Contact Center and Clinical Operations, ensuring compliant, efficient, safe, and scalable performance.

You will supervise a diverse team, drive patient-focused service levels, and align workflows with regulatory and accreditation standards. You will recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff, while partnering with Recruiting and HR to attract and retain top pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and a Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience leading large mail order/clinical operations is required.
• 2+ years leading a high-performing pharmacy operation and managing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflow and performance metrics.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Ensure regulatory/ accreditation compliance and patient safety through QM metrics.
• Create and enforce new workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory requirements.
