Job summary

Fuze Health seeks an Operational Manager to oversee the Contact Center and Clinical Operations, ensuring compliant, efficient, safe, and scalable workflows. You will establish operational excellence with attention to patient experience, staff morale, and performance metrics.

You will supervise a diverse team, handle recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations, and align workflows with partnerships, product launches, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and a licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• Experience leading a large mail order/clinical operation.
• Experience making data-based decisions using analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau or Looker.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflow.
• Ensure efficiency, service levels and quality for prescription processing.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and evaluate staff; manage disciplinary actions to maintain a high-performing team.
• Develop and enforce workflows for partnerships, product launches and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal boards and third-party payor rules.
