Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks an experienced operational leader to oversee Contact Center and Clinical Operations.

You will supervise a diverse team, ensure patient safety, and drive performance metrics, quality, and regulatory compliance across pharmacy processes. The role requires a licensed pharmacist with at least 2 years managing mail-order or clinical operations, strong analytics (Excel/Tableau/Looker), and the ability to lead remotely or on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large mail-order/clinical operations.
• Experience establishing and improving complex workflows within a complex operation.
• Experience making data-based decisions using analytics tools (Excel/Tableau/Looker).
• Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) in good standing with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliant, efficient, safe, and scalable operations for Contact Center and Clinical Operations.
• Supervise and develop a diverse team, focusing on patient experience and performance metrics.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate staff; manage disciplinary actions as needed.
