Job summary

Fuze Health, a patient-centric digital health company, seeks an Operations Manager for Contact Center and Clinical Operations in Michigan. You will lead a capable team, ensure compliant, scalable operations, and drive performance metrics and patient experience.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) in good standing.
Experience leading a large mail order/clinical operation.

Responsibilities

Oversee Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflow to ensure efficiency and quality.
Recruit, onboard, and develop team members; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
Create and enforce workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
Ensure pharmacy practice compliance with regulatory bodies including State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.
Drive patient safety and clinical excellence through quality performance metrics.
