EVERSANA is seeking a Virtual Territory Business Manager to drive demand generation and engagement within an assigned US territory via virtual channels. You will support both pre-launch and post-launch activities, executing strategic plans to achieve territory objectives.

As the primary contact for eye care specialists, you will educate on disease states, identify appropriate patients, and support adoption of innovative therapies through digital interactions.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare sales, inside sales, virtual sales, or customer engagement experience.
• Ophthalmology experience strongly preferred.
• Virtual pharmaceutical sales or omnichannel customer engagement experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of ophthalmology market landscape and patient identification processes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Translate national brand strategy into a territory business strategy and tactical plan to meet activity, access, and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning, clinical messaging, and patient access education.
• Maintain proficiency in disease state knowledge and approved messaging for compliant virtual engagements.
• Establish relationships with ophthalmologists, retina specialists, IRD specialists, genetic counselors, and office staff via digital channels.
• Utilize digital tools and analytics to prioritize opportunities and improve territory performance.
