Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Virtual Territory Business Manager for the West Region, a fully remote, full-time role. The position focuses on driving demand generation, product adoption, and customer engagement within ophthalmology-focused accounts across the western United States.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Director and supports pre-launch and post-launch activities. Candidates should have 3–5 years in pharmaceutical or life sciences sales, a Bachelor's degree, and strong virtual engagement

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare sales, inside sales, virtual sales, or customer engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into territory plans and drive demand generation.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning and clinical messaging.
• Maintain productive relationships with ophthalmology-focused stakeholders via virtual engagements.
• Document interactions and account plans in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute launch strategies and access solutions.
