Job summary

EVERSANA seeks a Virtual Territory Business Manager to drive demand generation and digital engagement for an ophthalmology-focused territory. This remote, virtual sales role supports both pre-launch and post-launch activities, partnering with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations to execute launch strategies.

The position requires 3–5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and proven ability to build relationships with clinicians and care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare sales, inside sales, virtual sales, or customer engagement experience with a proven track record.
• Ophthalmology experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand strategy into territory business strategy and tactical plan.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning and clinical messaging.
• Maintain timely documentation of customer interactions and territory activities in CRM.
• Engage ophthalmologists, retina specialists, and genetic counselors via virtual channels to educate and foster adoption.
